Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

We are looking for a reliable and creative Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. You’ll be editing content into engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The role requires fast turnaround times and a strong sense of pacing and style.

Responsibilities:

- Edit raw video footage into 30–90 second short-form videos
- Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, and background music
- Apply trending editing styles, transitions, and storytelling hooks
- Cut down long-form content into multiple short-form clips
- Deliver edits within 24 hours of receiving raw footage
- Collaborate with our team on revisions until approved

Requirements:

- Must be highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and engaging edits
- Reliable internet and strong communication skills
- Ability to work during PST hours (or overlap with PST time zone)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of current short-form video trends
- Ability to incorporate ---------- s, pop culture, and trending sounds
- Familiarity with AI captioning or editing tools is a plus

Compensation:

- $15-$20 per video depending on level of editing
- Steady workload with opportunity for more hours as we grow
