We are looking for a Fire Alarm Monitoring Account Manager. The main responsibility is to take care of all fire alarm monitoring accounts every day. You will make sure customer information is correct, payments are up to date, contracts are signed, and new customers are onboarded smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Information
-Keep customer details correct and updated (contacts, emergency numbers, site information).
-Make sure all changes are recorded properly in the system.
Payments:
-Track monthly and yearly subscription payments using QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
-Contact customers with late payments and help them make payments on time.
Contracts:
-Check that every customer has signed a service agreement and is following the terms.
-Help customers complete or renew their contracts when needed.
New Customers:
-Guide new customers during the onboarding process.
-Prepare documents for the monitoring station.
-Work with on-site technicians over the phone to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Skills Needed:
-Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or a similar job.
-Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
-Excellent Excel skills (formulas, data entry, reports, pivot tables).
-Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Stripe is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Organized, dependable, and good at problem-solving.
-Able to work well with a team and independently.
-Fast learner and comfortable with new systems.
-Timeproof

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
