JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google and Social Media Ads Management Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and major social media networks. You will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness, engaging with target audiences, and driving conversions through effective ad strategies. Your expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making will support our goals of optimizing ad spend and maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities:
- **Campaign Strategy Development:** Design and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with our marketing objectives. This includes keyword research, audience targeting, and setting clear KPIs for each campaign.
- **Ad Creation and Optimization:** Craft compelling ad copy and creative that resonates with our target audience. Continuously test and optimize ads for better performance, including A/B testing of headlines, content, and images.
- **Budget Management:** Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to ensure optimal spend while achieving maximum results. Monitor spending and adjust bids to improve ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Analyze campaign performance data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions. Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and social media advertising. Implement new tactics and tools to keep our advertising efforts at the forefront of the industry.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other marketing team members, including SEO specialists, content creators, and graphic designers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Daily Tasks:
- Monitor and adjust live campaigns to optimize performance.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to inform strategy and targeting.
- Develop and test new ad creatives and copy to improve engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage ad spend and adjust budgets and bids to meet campaign goals.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss campaign strategies, performance, and upcoming initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry changes and updates to Google Ads and social media platform advertising policies and features.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
