JOB OVERVIEW

Techmentum is seeking a proactive and execution-driven Marketing Specialist to optimize the company’s lead generation and marketing operations. This role goes beyond administrative support — it requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and accountability for results. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of modern marketing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge strategy with execution in a lean, fast-paced environment.??This is a remote role ideal for professionals eager to make a direct impact on pipeline growth.
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Lead Generation & Growth Execution
• Identifying, qualifying, and engaging leads across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting platforms.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns, including LinkedIn messaging and postcard campaigns, with measurable conversion goals.
• Ensure seamless transfer of data between systems (Apollo, GlassHive, MailerLite, LinkedIn).
 
Marketing Operations & Data Management

• Maintain data integrity across CRM systems by auditing, cleaning, and enriching records.
• Track and report on campaign metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
• Continuously improve lead management workflows and marketing processes.
 
Pipeline & Campaign Management

• Collaborate with the team to move prospects through the funnel with timely and value-driven touchpoints.
• Support marketing initiatives including webinars, newsletters, and referral programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or demand generation.
• Experience working evenings (United States Eastern Time daytime)
• Proven success with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, GlassHive, MailerLite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead management best practices.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional B2B settings.
• Self-starter who thrives in remote, fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Zapier) a plus.
