We’ll be honest, being a Property Manager at K Suites is not for the faint of heart. What We Offer:
- Hours: 40 hours a week, across five days, including one weekend day (working hours are 9am - 6pm UK)
- Holidays: 15 days holiday leave (once a year is completed or 1 day leave once it is earned upon hiring)
- Birthday: A day off for your birthday every year

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for property owners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Guest Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Ensure properties are maintained and cleaned to the highest possible standards.
- Onboarding: Onboard new properties and offboard outgoing ones, ensuring a smooth transition.
**The Perfect Candidate is**
- An experienced STR Property Manager. Has had several years of experience in this role.
- Resilient & Practical: Able to handle high-pressure situations with a cool head.
- A Problem-Solver: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Calm Under Pressure: Whether it’s an unexpected maintenance emergency or a challenging guest who needs your help, keeping your cool is essential.
- Adaptable: No two days are the same in this role but if you’re adaptable and can think on your feet, that's what makes the role exciting!
- People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Organized & Efficient: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experienced: Having experience in the serviced accommodation industry. With knowledge of various OTAs.
