Strict Policy on Sourcing (Read Before Applying):
We do not accept leads pulled from paid lists, shared groups, or other “shortcuts.” All product leads must be organically sourced using your own skills, tools, and strategies. We have ways of identifying when a lead has been copied (patterns in products, pricing, and timing make it very obvious).

We have been burned in the past by VAs using lists instead of doing real sourcing. We are only looking for someone who is serious about building a long-term, honest working relationship and can deliver consistent, high-quality leads daily.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer & Admin Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position with opportunity for long-term growth if you consistently deliver results.

Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing

Research and source 5–10 solid, profitable leads per day for resale on Amazon.

Use Keepa Product Finder and SellerAmp to analyze product data (sales rank, ROI, competition, offer count movement, etc.).

Identify online deals from retail websites that meet our sourcing criteria.

Leverage coupons, cashback, and discounts to lower sourcing costs and increase ROI.

Record leads in a clear and organized spreadsheet (daily quota required).

Admin Work

Check for inventory leakage and lost inventory in Amazon Seller Central.

Track reimbursements and FBA-related discrepancies.

Assist with other administrative tasks related to Amazon account management.

Provide daily/weekly progress updates.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Amazon Online Arbitrage sourcing (required).

Experience using Keepa Product Finder and SellerAmp (required).

Proven ability to generate 5–10 qualified leads per day organically (not from lists).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Must be able to work during U.S. daytime hours (no exceptions).

Must be able to commit to ~80 hours per month (about 20 hours per week — part-time).

Reliable internet connection.

Comfortable with repetitive admin tasks and data entry.

Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.

Compensation:

$4 per hour (remote, part-time: ~80 hours/month). (Negotiable)
