JNO Financial Services is a U.S.-based credit repair and financial services company. We help clients restore their credit, secure funding, and achieve financial freedom. We’re expanding and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with credit repair experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding: collect documents, verify uploads, and organize files.
Pull credit reports (IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, etc.) and input data into our dispute system.
Draft, edit, and send credit dispute letters (collections, late payments, charge-offs, repossessions, etc.).
Track disputes and ensure updates every 30–45 days.
Communicate with clients via
Maintain CRM and Trello boards for client progress tracking.
Assist with preparing reports, CFPB complaints, and BBB/FTC submissions when needed.
Provide administrative support for business operations
Requirements
Experience in credit repair, consumer law, or financial services (required).
Familiarity with U.S. credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and secondary bureaus.
Knowledge of dispute processes and legal references (FCRA, FDCPA preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Ability to work U.S. hours (or partial overlap).
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools like IdentityIQ, Credit Karma, Trello, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel/CRM.
Previous VA experience supporting credit repair businesses.
Knowledge of CFPB, BBB, and FTC complaint submissions.
