We are Asysto AI, a U.S.-based AI automation company. We help businesses save time, cut costs, and eliminate repetitive tasks by building custom AI automations. We are expanding our outbound lead generation and looking for detail-oriented, motivated outreach specialists to join our remote team.

Role Overview
As a Cold Email Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Managing and monitoring cold email campaigns (using tools like Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or Lemlist).

Setting up and maintaining outreach inboxes (domain health, warm-up, DNS checks).

Pulling targeted prospect lists from ---------- (we’ll train you on our filters).

Sending multi-step email sequences and tracking performance.

Tagging and categorizing replies (Positive, Neutral, Negative).

Booking calls with interested leads into our Google Calendar.

Updating results in a Google Sheets KPI tracker daily.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all emails avoid spam folders by following deliverability best practices.

Maintain multiple campaigns at once (different industries/segments).

Accurately log results (opens, replies, bookings, deals) for each campaign.

Escalate positive replies immediately to our internal team.

Respect “unsubscribe” and negative responses to protect domain reputation.

Qualifications

Experience with cold email outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar).

Familiar with ---------- or other lead scraping platforms.

Strong English reading/writing skills (able to understand prospect responses).

Detail-oriented — must track KPIs accurately and follow instructions carefully.

Basic understanding of Google Sheets (formulas and data entry).

Knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and inbox warm-up is a big plus.

Prior VA experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred.
