Full-Time Video Editor (for short-form content)

Who We Are:

Flowlync is a team of copywriters and editors who work with business owners and thought leaders to help them grow their personal brand on social media + turn that audience into more sales for their business. We generate millions of views a month per client with our content.

We are growing fast and are looking for passionate video editors to join our team full-time to edit talking-head clips for our clients.

As a Video Editor, You Will:

- Edit daily content with set deadlines
- Edit content that is pre-recorded by clients (talking head content) and edit it in an engaging way for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube shorts
- Be responsible for a set number of clients assigned to you
- Be creative, bring new ideas to the table to constantly improve your clips

Requirements:

- Must be available full-time (40 hours per week)
- Must work exclusively for us
- At least 2+ years of experience as a short-form video editor
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- WiFi Speeds of at least 200mb per second
- Strong eye for creating engaging content (you know what makes good content)
- Creative editing ability
- Expert with software like Google Drive and Adobe Premiere Pro
- You're someone who never settles for ‘good enough’
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized - constantly looking to improve
