Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI & CRM Portal Developer to design and build a centralised portal for managing companies’ employees, sales pipelines, and business performance. This portal will act as a hub for:
• Tracking employee efficiency and progress
• Providing leaderboard insights
• Recycling lost opportunities and leads
• Using AI to support employees with guidance and performance improvement
• Streamlining CRM data to help businesses achieve maximum effectiveness
This is a dynamic role requiring expertise in CRM systems, automation, portal design, and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities
• Portal Development: Design and build a centralised system for managing employees, performance, and sales data.
• Performance Tracking: Implement features to measure efficiency, track progress, and create leaderboards.
• AI Integration: Deploy AI tools to provide employees with real-time assistance, insights, and recommendations.
• CRM Automation: Develop workflows to recycle lost leads and opportunities, ensuring no potential is wasted.
• Data Management: Ensure CRM data is clean, reliable, and effectively visualised in dashboards.
• Business Impact: Work closely with leadership to ensure the portal directly improves efficiency, sales effectiveness, and business growth.

Key Requirements
• Strong experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Proven experience in portal/dashboard development.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies (chatbots, recommendation engines, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to turn complex business processes into streamlined digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
