MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE *** We will NOT accept anyone who doesn't do YouTube thumbnails currently. You must be efficient with fast turnaround times. We are not looking for assistants. We are looking strictly for a professional thumbnail designer with years of experience for a full-time YouTuber's designs. Please do NOT apply if you are not currently making custom and high-end thumbnails. Please send all your past work for consideration.
