About the Role
We are looking for a freelance, project-based recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role will focus on the frontline recruitment tasks, such as sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, to ensure our hiring managers receive only the most qualified and motivated candidates. We’re looking for someone who not only knows recruitment processes but can also represent our company with professionalism, making candidates feel valued and excited to meet us.

Key Responsibilities
Post and manage job ads across relevant platforms
Source and review candidate profiles and applications
Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates using Topgrading principles
Endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team for screening calls
Engage candidates professionally and make a strong first impression, ensuring they see the company as worth their time and talent
Track and update candidate pipelines in our trackers
Provide timely updates to the hiring team on sourcing progress and pipeline health
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent sourcer, or similar role (in-house or agency)
Applied Topgrading methodology in previous roles and structured interviewing are strongly preferred
Ability to assess resumes and profiles against detailed scorecards and role requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Professional, approachable, and proactive in candidate engagement
Comfortable working independently in a freelance, project-based setup
