Full-Time Remote Role | ?30,000 PHP per month

We are hiring a full-time Content Research & Creative Strategy VA to join our media and marketing team. This role is not just admin work. You will be a creative partner responsible for researching content, developing scripts, and guiding social media strategy so our production team can execute world-class videos.

What You’ll Do

You will research viral content by studying videos in different industries, identifying what makes them work including hooks, scripts, visuals, and calls to action. From this research, you will develop scripts and content concepts tailored to each client’s brand and goals. You will also support social media strategy by understanding how different platforms work such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and by recommending the best content approach for each.

Part of your role will also involve project coordination. You will help organize and track content ideas, timelines, and calendars to ensure filming and editing run smoothly. You should also have an understanding of how content connects to ads and campaigns. If you have direct experience with ads, it is a bonus but not a requirement. Each day you will be expected to contribute new, creative ideas to keep our video team producing fresh, high-quality content.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with strong English writing and communication skills who enjoys deep research and analysis. You should be able to think creatively and write engaging scripts that match different brands and industries. You must be familiar with social media platforms and trends, and you should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Some knowledge of ads is beneficial but not essential.
