Able to work independently with minimal instruction, the ideal candidate has experience in developing designed websites and email campaigns and exactly translate this PSD designed comps into beautiful developed websites to the dot. Reliable to be on top of constantly upgrading, improving and maintaining everything that is live currently and understands and embraces current design trends along with technology.

Remember: You DON'T need to be a designer, we are looking for coding experts), so it doesn't matter if you "don't have the eye for design", as long as you can code a given design, that's all we need! Very basic PSD (Photoshop knowledge is needed) as long as you know how to open a file, find font sizes, types, etc, and measure spaces, that's all you need.
