Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly reliable, fluent English-speaking Lead Dialler & Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for immediately contacting new leads within 15 minutes of booking into our system. Your primary duties will include qualifying leads over the phone and setting appointments based on predefined criteria.
You must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and without a noticeable accent. The role requires round-the-clock availability (24/7), though calls are short (typically 5–10 minutes). Flexibility and responsiveness are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly dial new leads within 15 minutes of them booking into our system.
Conduct brief 5–10 minute qualification calls to assess lead suitability.
Set and schedule appointments based on qualification outcomes.
Follow a proven script and process while also adapting conversationally when needed.
Accurately log call outcomes and update CRM systems in real-time.
Communicate effectively with internal teams when necessary.
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with no noticeable accent (clear, professional tone).
Must have 24/7 availability or work as part of a team that can ensure round-the-clock coverage.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead qualification, or appointment setting.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, responsive, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
Experience using CRM systems or dialling platforms.
Background in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
