Sales Representative (Cold Calling, Lead Generation & Appointment Setter) – Cleaning Services

DCS Spotless, a growing residential and commercial cleaning company, is looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate leads, make outbound cold calls, and set appointments with potential clients.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, professional, and comfortable speaking with business owners, property managers, and homeowners. This is a remote position with flexible growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential commercial and residential clients

Introduce and promote our cleaning services with professionalism and confidence

Qualify leads and gather client information

Schedule appointments for our operations team

Track calls, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM or tracking system

Meet weekly and monthly performance goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred but not required)

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections

Strong organizational and time management skills

Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST (with one 30-minute unpaid break)

Compensation:

Starting rate: $4 USD/hour
