We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Coordinator to support our Company Accountant and Management Team. This role focuses on payroll coordination, contract documentation, and administrative follow-up to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in administration, payroll coordination, or operations support.
Familiarity with payroll coordination (experience with ADP or similar tools a plus).
Experience with employee contract documentation and record-keeping.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with expense tracking, reimbursements, and admin reporting.
Knowledge of AP/AR processes and financial documentation (preferred, not required).
Experience working with California-based companies and familiarity with CA labor law is a strong plus.
Prior experience in Solar, HVAC, or Roofing industries is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Company Accountant with payroll coordination, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Assist the Management Team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Collect, organize, and maintain employee contracts and personnel files.
Coordinate timesheet submissions (e.g., Buddy Punch) and prepare data for payroll processing.
Follow up on reimbursements, expense receipts, and compliance checklists.
Assist in preparing reports, forms, and operational documentation.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate across teams to support internal processes and client-facing needs.
