We’re hiring money-driven Appointment Setters to join our virtual team! Your role will be to call homeowners, qualify leads, and set appointments. We provide training, leads, and a dialer—you just bring the hustle!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week (US Time)
M - F 8:00am - 3:00pm CST
M - F 2:30 - 8:30pm CST
Sat - Sun: 11:00am - 8:00pm (double pay hourly)

Pay: monthly base: $320 plus bonus

Bonus structure:
1=$100
2= $120 each = $240
3 = $130 each = $390
4 = $140 each = $560
5 = $150 each = $750
6 = $160 each = $960
7 = $170 each = $1,190
8 = $180 each = $1,440
9 = $190 each =$1,710
10+ $200 each = $2,000

Example: If your appointments convert to 4 sales in a month then you will receive $140 in commission per sale + base pay!
If your appointments convert to 7 sales in a month then you will receive $170 in commission per sale ($1,190) + base pay!
