Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lists

Follow a script while keeping conversations natural and engaging

Identify motivated sellers and gather property information

Input leads into our CRM system accurately

Work closely with our acquisitions team to pass on qualified leads

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with neutral/no strong accent (required)

Clear voice and confident phone presence

Cold calling or sales experience is a plus

Quiet home office and reliable internet connection

Must submit a voice recording (sample script or intro)

Must be available for an interview via Zoom or Google Meet
