Junior Estimator Support - MUST HAVE AU/US VA EXPERIENCE

We are an Australian healthcare solutions company committed to making a real difference. As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (Junior Estimator Support) to work directly with our Sales and Project Teams in Australia.

THE ROLE
You will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates by reviewing project data, materials, labour, and specifications. Full training will be provided, but prior exposure to estimation, construction drawings, or project coordination is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Please apply ONLY if you fulfil ALL of these requirements:
• You MUST have prior experience working as a VA for an Australian or American company. (Please ONLY apply if you have this experience. There may be an opportunity for training in the future but not for this role).
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data management, formatting).
• Strong computer and organisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously.

ADVANTAGEOUS REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with construction drawings and ability to interpret plans.
• Familiarity with CAD or other technical drawing software.
• Simpro software experience.
• Background in estimation, construction, or project coordination.
