Title: Virtual Assistant – Inbound Calls and Follow up

Description:
SuiteFund Inc. is seeking a reliable VA to handle inbound contractor leads that submit through our Facebook form. Once a GC submits their info, your role is to immediately call them, run through a short intake script, send them our onboarding form link, and follow up until the form is completed.

Responsibilities:
-Call every GC lead that submits via our Facebook form (inbound leads only)
-Use a provided script to confirm basic details and explain the onboarding process
-Send onboarding form via SMS/email after the call
-Follow up daily (call/SMS/email) until the form is completed
-Update CRM/Google Sheets with call notes and form status

Requirements:
-Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
-Prior experience handling inbound leads or appointment setting
-Organized and consistent with follow-ups
-Stable internet and phone setup
-Ability to manage multiple leads daily and keep records updated

Compensation:
-$400–$600/month (full-time, depending on experience)
-Performance bonuses for high compliance rates
