Position Overview
Bridging HR Solutions is seeking a proactive and creative part time Social Media Content Creator / Lead Generation & Outreach to support the promotion, delivery, and follow-up of our Resume and Interview Training Program. This individual will play a key role in locating prospective clients, managing outreach and content, coordinating training participation, directing customers to our website and helping scale additional services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and passionate about supporting job seekers with effective career tools and coaching. Weekly check-ins to review work and discuss any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Identify and engage individuals entering the job market, changing careers, or re-entering the workforce who need resume and interview support.
• Promote resume and interview training services through targeted outreach (e.g., online groups, forums, community pages).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of interested clients for upcoming training sessions and driving customers to website.
Client Funnel & Coordination:
• Track prospective clients, registrants, and attendees through all stages: inquiry, registration, payment, and post-training.
• Provide summaries of client interest and support logistics training.
• Assist in managing access and system setup for attendees as needed.
Marketing & Social Media:
• Create and post engaging, branded content on Facebook and Instagram to promote services, client success stories, and upcoming training sessions.
• Generate creative offers or campaigns to attract and retain paying clients.
• Manage DMs and responses to increase conversion.
Customer Follow-Up & Upselling:
• Follow up with course attendees within 24–48 hours post-training to collect feedback and testimonials.
• Present and promote additional Individual Development Packages (Core and Complete) to interested clients.
• Manage and document all follow-up communication and conversions.
• Coordinate closely with the business owner for any warm leads or escalated support needs.
Client Support & Admin:
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Support administrative needs including tracking attendance, preparing materials, or organizing templates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience in virtual assistant, marketing support, and sales coordination.
• Proactive, reliable, results-driven, and great time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic design tools like Canva, CapCut, video creation, etc.
• Know how to grow, manage and generate followers on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and create engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-up timelines independently
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, or basic project tracking tools
• Management of calendars and back-office scheduling
• Speak and write fluent English (required)

Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time - 18-20 hours/week, with potential to grow
• Long term position
• $3-$4 per hour (based on experience)
• Working hours in U.S Eastern Standard Time required
