Job Title: Virtual Accountability Partner (Zoom Focus Sessions)

Description:
I am looking for a reliable and supportive person to join me on Zoom as a virtual accountability partner. Your role is simple: be present with me during work sessions so I can stay focused on completing tasks. Think of it like being a quiet co-worker or study buddy.

This is not a typical VA position with heavy admin tasks — your main responsibility is to provide presence, light accountability, and encouragement when needed.

What You’ll Do:
• Join Zoom calls at scheduled times (1–3 hours per session).
• Stay present and on camera while I work on my own tasks.
• At the beginning of the session, ask me what I plan to work on.
• At the end, ask me what I accomplished.
• If I get distracted or off track, gently remind me to refocus.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and friendly presence.

Requirements:
• Reliable internet and Zoom access.
• Comfortable being on video during sessions.
• Punctual and consistent — I rely on you showing up when scheduled.
• Supportive, positive personality.

Schedule & Pay:
• Sessions will usually be weekdays
6.30am - 9.30am eastern standard time
• Each session is 2-3 hours long.
• Pay rate: $5-8/hour (depending on experience).

Bonus (not required):
• Experience with coaching, tutoring, or productivity support.
• Familiarity with ADHD-friendly focus methods.
