Eden’s Garden is a residential landscaping company in Houston Texas that builds high-ticket hardscape projects — retaining walls, gravel & Step Stone walkways or patios, and drainage systems. We’re not mowing lawns. We’re transforming homes. Our work is clean, professional, and premium — and we want our communication to match.

THE ROLE
We’re hiring someone who will own our inbound lead pipeline. You’ll handle every lead that comes in through social medias (Mainly Facebook Messenger )— fast response, qualify them, schedule their free inspection, follow up, send quotes, and track it all inside Go High Level + Jobber.

You will also organize the route of the person who does the Free Estimates. (Training provided)

You’re the first impression. You’re the glue between the client and the crew. If communication breaks down — it’s on you. If a client gets confused — it’s on you. If they feel taken care of and close fast — that’s thanks to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond to all inbound leads on Messenger within minutes (not hours)

Collect the right info. Ask the right questions. Qualify every lead.

Schedule free inspections and optimize routes for efficiency

Update everything inside Go High Level Pipeline to track the sales process efficiently.

Help manage quoting, invoicing, and job tracking using Jobber
(Experience in Jobber is preferred but not required — training provided)

Keep constant communication with clients. Make them feel heard.

Follow up. Be proactive. Don’t wait to be told what to do.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You’re fluent in English. Not “conversational.” Fluent.

You’ve worked in a client-facing role before — sales, support, account management, whatever.

You’ve used CRMs before. Maybe not Go High Level or Jobber, but something similar.

You can work 8 hours/day during U.S. business hours (CST/PST preferred)

You don’t drop balls. You move fast, stay organized, and think ahead.

You don’t get flustered. You just solve the problem and keep it moving.

You're an excellent communicator. You're not afraid to ask questions.

You're not afraid to fail.
