We’re a fast-growing real estate platform helping licensed agents get more clients and close more deals. To keep up with demand, we’re expanding our outbound sales team and looking for driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to connect with agents and enroll them onto our platform.

What You’ll Do
- Call licensed real estate agents using a power dialer (leads provided)
- Use a simple, proven script to enroll agents or book them into meetings
- Track activity in our CRM and follow up with interested agents
- Work toward weekly performance benchmarks and continuously improve with coaching

Important to Know
This role is best suited for people who are comfortable with performance-based earnings. The base draw is provided for consistency, but real income comes from commissions and bonuses. If you prefer a high guaranteed hourly rate or do not enjoy consistent phone outreach, this may not be the best fit.
