Affiliate Marketing Manager (Recruitment + Automation | WHOP | Part-Time | EST)

We are seeking a recruitment-focused Affiliate Marketing Manager who not only knows how to source and onboard high-performing affiliates and creators—but also how to automate the outreach and tracking process.

You’ll be managing our private affiliate program on Post affiliate Pro & WHOP, driving new creator sign-ups through manual and automated recruitment strategies. Experience with n8n, Zapier, AI tools (like ChatGPT), or other workflow automations is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit creators, influencers, affiliates to join our private WHOP program
2. Conduct outbound manual outreach via DM/email and automated drip campaigns
3. Approve, onboard, and maintain affiliate relationships
4. Monitor performance metrics and help optimize affiliate efforts
5. Suggest and introduce relevant affiliate networks beyond TikTok Affiliate or ShareASale

This is an opportunity for a FULL TIME employment after a successful trial period

Set up and maintain automations for affiliate workflows using:
1. n8n, Zapier, ----------
2. AI workflows (e.g., ChatGPT Agents, AI auto-responders, email filters)
3. CRM integrations with Google Sheets, Notion, etc.

Build systems to:
1. Auto-reply to affiliate applicants
2. Route promising leads to Slack or email
3. Keep dashboards and sheets up-to-date

Requirements:

5+ years in affiliate or influencer marketing
Strong manual affiliate recruitment experience
WHOP, Gumroad, Stan Store or similar platform familiarity
Practical experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
Competent with AI prompt writing and creating ChatGPT agent workflows
Proficient in Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar for tracking and reporting
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Available part-time during EST hours
Active on Slack daily

Nice-to-Haves:
1. Affiliate CRM or dashboard setup experience
2. Knowledge of affiliate network ecosystems
3. Experience managing a small team or virtual assistants
