E book compiling. Web site creating. Logo

I am a start up company,however, I have 25 plus years in this field (property management). I am selling my services to home owners and management companies. I am currently working on an e book which I hope to launch with my site. My priorities right now in order are:
Design and create a logo.
Design and create a web site.
Compile my e book from my notes and oversee publushing
I would like to find an assistant I can work with on an ongoing basis for a variety of tasks. Thank you.
