Data Entry Forum Specialist — Reddit & Online Communities

If you’ve never started a Reddit thread, replied in a niche forum, or navigated subreddit rules — this role may not be the right fit.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys online communities — especially Reddit — and knows how to engage authentically, respect community guidelines, and spark meaningful discussions. As our Forum Specialist, you’ll represent our brand in relevant conversations, helping us connect with audiences where they already spend time.

Your Responsibilities
• Actively monitor and participate in Reddit threads and niche forums relevant to our industry
• Write thoughtful, on-brand responses that add genuine value (no spamming)
• Track daily engagement and maintain organized spreadsheets for reporting
• Share community insights with the marketing team to support strategy
• Build trust and foster positive relationships within targeted online communities

What We’re Looking For
• Proven Reddit experience (please provide your username, post/comment history, or examples)
• Familiarity with popular forum platforms (Discourse, phpBB, XenForo, etc.)
• Strong written English with excellent attention to detail
• Research skills to identify the right communities and conversations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Self-motivated, organized, and consistent in achieving goals
• Bonus: Background in digital marketing, content creation, or social media
