Appointment Setter – $3/hr (Life Insurance Leads) (Prefer Female Voice - Sorry guys!)

We are looking for a part-time Appointment Setter to call warm life insurance leads in our CRM (Ringy) and book them for a 15-minute call with our licensed underwriter.

Compensation & Hours

$3/hr

6 hours/day, 6 days/week

Responsibilities

Call warm leads and secure appointments (not just confirm).

Make 3 call attempts per lead per day/session before moving to the next.

Confirm client name, phone, and availability.

Explain the value of speaking with the underwriter and stress importance of attending (limited availability).

Ensure client has pen & paper ready for notes.

Update all calls and appointments correctly in CRM.

Requirements

Clear, professional English (neutral accent preferred).

Experience in telemarketing / appointment setting (insurance/financial services a plus).

Quiet home office with stable internet.

Reliable availability for scheduled hours. (Prefer US working hours between 9AM EST to 11AM EST & 3PM EST to 7PM EST (Both early morning and evening hours when most US clients are at home or available for a phone call)

Comfortable making multiple dials per lead.
