About the Role
Do you live and breathe ROAS? Do you find yourself split-testing ideas even in your sleep? And more importantly — do you know the difference between a simple click and a real customer?
If you’ve successfully scaled ad campaigns across Meta, Google, or YouTube (and have the results to show for it), we’d love to have you on our team.
This isn’t your typical “run ads and hope for the best” position. We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Manager who thrives on data, creativity, and measurable performance.

What You’ll Do
• Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Monitor performance, optimize in real time, and scale successful campaigns
• Colla borate with creatives and copywriters to develop conversion-focused assets
• Build and manage retargeting flows, A/B tests, and audience segmentation
• Analyze results and deliver clear, actionable reports

What You Bring
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics
• Ability to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
• A portfolio or work samples that highlight proven results

Bonus points if you have:
• Experience working with SaaS, agencies, or digital brands
• A track record of scaling budgets and building evergreen ad systems
• Knowledge of tracking tools such as Pixel, GTM, UTM, or third-party dashboards
