Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our high-growth engineering team at TrueProSource. You’ll work on fintech and wealthtech applications, developing scalable products from scratch and enhancing existing systems. This role requires advanced experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.

Core Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and deploy scalable applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features (OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, etc.)
Implement automations using n8n, Zapier, or similar orchestration tools
Lead secure, high-quality development practices (CI/CD, code reviews, testing pipelines)
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver on business goals
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of proactive, business-aware engineering

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years as a full-stack engineer
Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript
Strong experience with AWS infrastructure
Practical knowledge of Databases (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
Experience with AI/ML integrations and API-based automation
Familiarity with fintech/wealthtech compliance and security standards a big plus
