We are looking for a highly proactive Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. If you are someone who takes full ownership, thrives on driving measurable results, and loves working across different aspects of marketing, this role is for you.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and executing performance marketing campaigns for our customers. This means taking charge of strategy, implementation, optimization, and ensuring customer success. You won’t just “follow instructions” — we want someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and owns the results.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of customer performance marketing results
Develop and execute new marketing initiatives to grow ROI
Write compelling ad copy and marketing content
Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Assist in landing page creation and optimization
Oversee content creation and ensure consistency with customer goals
Support, train, and guide the appointment setting team
Continuously analyze performance data and recommend improvements
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools

Requirements
Proven experience in performance marketing
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization
Familiarity with landing page builders, CRMs, and automation tools
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience training or managing a team
Familiarity with funnels and appointment setting processes
Graphic design or video editing skills
