Virtual Assistant – Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA)

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help with Amazon Online Arbitrage product sourcing. Your main responsibility will be to find profitable products that meet our sourcing criteria and maintain records of your work. Training will be provided to ensure you fully understand the process and tools.

Responsibilities:

Source profitable OA products that meet the following criteria:

ROI 40% or higher

Not Private Label (No PL)

Not dominated by a single seller

No Amazon in the listing

No brand restrictions (we primarily work with ungated items)

Use the following tools:

Keepa

SellerAmp

Smart Count Scan Unlimited

Amazon Seller Central (to check ungating status)

Track all sourced products and findings in shared spreadsheets.

Provide daily updates/summaries of completed tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience with Amazon OA sourcing is preferred (but not required if you are a quick learner).

Familiarity with Keepa, SellerAmp, Smart Count, and Seller Central is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions.

Good communication skills in English.

Compensation & Schedule:

Training Period (3 weeks): $1.50/hour, 30 hours per week.

Post-Training: $2.50/hour, 40 hours per week (with potential for increase based on performance).

Long-term position for the right candidate.
