Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Growth Manager

Full-Time | Remote | 40 Hours/Week | TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog

We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant who brings vision, creativity, and a growth mindset to real estate marketing. This isn’t about checking a box and posting the same content everywhere—it’s about helping us grow channels, generate leads, and position our brand as the go-to authority in our market.

This is a full-time role (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) with an expectation of daily content publishing across all platforms, consistent blog writing, and brand-building initiatives.

???? Core Responsibilities
Daily Content Publishing & Channel Growth

Post daily short-form videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn

Write platform-specific captions with hooks, keywords, CTAs, and hashtags that drive reach & engagement

Actively monitor analytics to identify what’s working and adjust for growth (not just posting, but optimizing)

Implement strategies to grow follower count, engagement rates, and inbound leads across channels

CapCut Video Editing (Required)

Edit daily content using CapCut (non-negotiable)

Add captions, transitions, hooks, emojis, and music to boost retention

Repurpose property tour videos into polished reels, walk-throughs, and highlight clips that attract buyers and sellers

Blog Writing & SEO Content

Write and publish weekly blog posts on topics like relocation, buying/selling tips, and market updates

Optimize posts with SEO keywords to drive organic traffic and generate real estate leads

Repurpose blog content into shorter social snippets and LinkedIn thought-leadership posts

Lead Generation & Conversion

Include links, CTAs, and lead capture prompts in posts and descriptions to drive inquiries

Share property listings, neighborhood guides, and lead magnets across platforms

Track performance of lead-gen content and suggest improvements for higher conversions


Facebook
, LinkedIn & Community Growth

Manage Facebook Business Page, Community Group, and ---------- pany Page with 3–5 posts/week

Share property highlights, lifestyle posts, and blog content to build credibility and engagement

Respond to comments, DMs, and LinkedIn interactions promptly, nurturing them into warm leads

Canva Graphics & Repurposing

Design branded graphics (market updates, tips, CTAs, quotes) using Canva Pro

Repurpose video and blog content into static graphics, carousels, and infographics for maximum reach

Growth-minded & proactive: You don’t just wait for direction—you bring ideas to grow our channels and attract leads

CapCut expert: Skilled in creating scroll-stopping edits, especially property tours and community clips

Strong writer: Able to create blogs, captions, and posts that educate, inspire, and convert

Lead-generation focus: You understand how to use social posts, blogs, and CTAs to bring in real inquiries

Platform-savvy: Comfortable growing TikTok, IG, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn + SEO blogs

Bonus: Experience in real estate or local businesses

Daily posting required: Must publish across all platforms (including LinkedIn + blog) during U.S. business hours (EST)

Pay: Competitive hourly or monthly rate, based on experience
