JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting PacBridge Solutions’ services to businesses across Guam. This role requires excellent communication, persistence, and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

Identify and target potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

Use company-approved scripts and email templates to introduce services and set meetings.

Sales & Relationship Building

Conduct client consultations to understand needs and propose tailored outsourcing solutions.

Prepare and deliver proposals, service presentations, and pricing information.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with professionalism.

Account Management

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Serve as the client’s primary point of contact during the onboarding process.

Reporting & CRM

Record all sales activities, lead information, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.

Provide weekly sales reports to management, including pipeline updates and performance metrics.

Collaboration

Work closely with coordinators and remote staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Provide feedback from clients to management for service improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred: B2B sales).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Comfortable with cold-calling and approaching new prospects.

Basic knowledge of outsourcing, business support services, or technology tools is a plus.

Tools & Skills

Familiarity with Zoho One (CRM, email, invoicing) – training provided.

Basic digital literacy: WordPress (company site), email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Base salary plus commission on sales closed.
