Instagram Video Scheduler + Caption Editor for Shopify Brand

We are a growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us schedule product videos on Instagram using Buffer and clean up captions for daily posting. You’ll be working with a well-documented system via Notion and Loom tutorials — everything is clearly laid out.

Responsibilities:

Clean video captions

Schedule videos to Instagram via Buffer at 10:00 a.m. local time daily

Avoid reposting duplicates by checking our video log and sent content

Log scheduled videos in Google Sheet

Snaptik (if TikTok download fails)

Requirements:

Available daily at 10:00 a.m. my local time (America/Chicago)

Fast internet & reliable computer

Good English writing skills (for captions)

Eye for detail and accuracy

Bonus if you have experience with content scheduling, social media, or e-commerce

We may also consider you for customer service tasks in the future if you're interested and show great communication skills.

All SOPs, examples, login access, and step-by-step workflows are provided. You will be fully trained before starting.
