We help our clients grow their businesses through strategic marketing solutions, and we are expanding our team to include motivated and skilled Cold Callers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Cold Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written English communication skills, be flexible, competitive, and eager to learn. While prior experience in cold calling is a plus, it is not required. If you are confident in your English proficiency and communication ability, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients in the home improvement industry.
Generate interest and set appointments for follow-up.
Accurately document call details and update records.
Maintain a positive and professional approach when engaging with prospects.

Requirements:
Strong verbal and written English proficiency (must-have).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Compensation & Employment Terms:
Paid one-week probationary period.
Upon successful completion of probation, performance-based employment confirmation will be provided.
