About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to run and optimise B2B campaigns across social media, SEM, and ABM. This is for the Australian market (B2B focus) — not B2C.

You’ll take the content we provide and make it perform — launching, optimising, and reporting on campaigns that generate visibility, engagement, and qualified business leads.

This is a contractor role measured by deliverables and results, not hours logged.

Responsibilities

Run and optimise LinkedIn campaigns (paid + organic, B2B focus)
Manage and optimise Google Ads/Analytics campaigns (keywords, targeting, budgets, ROI tracking)
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts in Australia
Use HubSpot for workflows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting
Adapt content in Canva for ads, social media, and landing visuals
Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements

First task: Conduct a quick audit of our current B2B environment and campaigns (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Shopify) and provide clear recommendations for both quick wins and longer-term improvements.

Requirements
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience (SEM, social, ABM)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, Google Ads/Analytics
Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and ROI-focused optimisation

Excellent written and spoken English
Self-starter, results-driven, proactive

Legal Requirement

Contractor must be legally registered in the Philippines as self-employed with the BIR, and hold proper business registration (e.g., DTI sole proprietorship or SEC One-Person Corporation/Corporation). Barangay and Mayor’s permits must also be in place. Must be able to issue valid official receipts and comply with Philippine tax obligations.

Contract Terms

Compensation: Up to ?514/hour (performance-based increases available)

Measured on campaign results, not hours logged

Expected outputs include:

B2B campaign launches (LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot)
Regular performance reports with insights
Ongoing optimisation to improve CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI
At least 50% of hours must overlap with Australian business hours

Contractor provides own tools/equipment and invoices monthly
