JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, social media, marketing and sales support for our growing company. You'll be working closely with the team to assist with daily and weekly marketing and sales activities, including managing and growing our social media presence and supporting the execution of live online events.

We highly value candidates with an interest in trading the financial markets, as you'll be supporting industry-related initiatives. Any personal or professional experience in trading or investing will be a strong advantage for your application.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth
- Assist with basic graphic design using tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred but not required)
- Edit short-form videos for social media using Filmora and/or CapCut (basic video editing skills preferred)

Sales Follow-Up:
- Follow up with leads and potential clients via email, social media, or phone
- Maintain a database of leads and track engagement using CRM tools
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and schedule follow-up calls
- Support sales campaigns and promotions by engaging with interested prospects
- Assist in converting warm leads into customers by providing timely and helpful responses

Online Event Support:
- Assist in setting up and managing live online events (webinars, virtual meetings, live streams, etc.)
- Provide technical support before and during events to ensure smooth execution
- Engage with attendees through chat moderation, Q&A management, and troubleshooting
- Promote events via social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback and performance metrics

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent English reading, speaking and writing skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Proactive in taking initiative and suggesting improvements
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new software and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in social media management
- Prior experience in sales
- Interest in trading or financial markets (a plus but not required)
