Position Overview
The WhatsApp AI Specialist will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and implementing an AI-driven WhatsApp automation platform to improve customer service efficiency. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, as well as experience in chatbot configuration and knowledge base optimization.
1. Platform Research & Recommendation
o Conduct market research on WhatsApp automation platforms.
o Compare features, pricing, scalability, and integration capabilities of at least 5 shortlisted platforms.
o Present a detailed comparison report with recommendations on the most suitable platform for the company’s needs.
2. Platform Testing & Evaluation
o Set up trial accounts or demo environments for shortlisted platforms.
o Test each platform’s performance in handling customer queries, response accuracy, and speed.
o Prepare a performance evaluation report with clear metrics and test results.
3. Knowledge Base Creation & Optimization
o Develop an initial knowledge base for the selected WhatsApp automation platform.
o Continuously refine and optimize the knowledge base to improve automated response accuracy and customer satisfaction.
o Work closely with the customer service team to update and expand the knowledge base based on real customer inquiries.
4. Implementation & Support
o Oversee the configuration and deployment of the selected WhatsApp automation platform.
o Conduct user training for internal staff on how to use the system.
o Monitor performance and suggest improvements to enhance automation quality.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of AI/NLP-based customer service tools.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to management.
• Strong ability in the English language and the capability to research and organize market and company information to compile into a usable knowledge base
• Being able to understand Mandarin is a plus.
