High Paying Graphic Designer (Ecommerce)

We are looking for a world-class graphic designer who can:

Ideate and design high-converting static ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Bring creativity and originality while following direct-response marketing principles

Work quickly and deliver high-quality designs on tight deadlines

Collaborate with our marketing team to continuously test and improve creatives

Understand what makes an ad scroll-stopping, engaging, and conversion-driven

Requirements:

Proven experience designing Facebook/Instagram image ads for e-commerce brands

Mastery of Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

Strong creative eye for layout, color, typography, and direct-response design

Ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively (we use Monday & Slack)
