We are a growing Shopify fashion dropshipping brand and are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with proven experience supporting Shopify fashion stores that generated 100k+ revenue per month.
This role is only for candidates who have already managed customer service at scale — handling large volumes of tickets, resolving disputes, and minimising returns/refunds while ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Role
You will act as the frontline of our brand, responsible for ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and retained.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer inquiries via
Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds — with the main goal of minimising refunds and maximising customer retention.
Offering smart solutions (replacements, store credits, discounts) to avoid unnecessary returns.
Collaborating with operations/fulfilment to resolve delivery issues.
Identifying recurring customer pain points and suggesting improvements.
Maintaining excellent response times and high CSAT scores.
Requirements
? Mandatory: Proven experience providing customer service for Shopify fashion dropshipping stores with 100k+ monthly revenue (with previous clients, not just theory).
? Deep knowledge of Shopify Admin, order flows, and dropshipping processes.
? Skilled in Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar helpdesk tools.
? Strong written English, professional but empathetic tone.
? Track record of reducing refunds/returns through smart resolutions.
? Ability to handle high-volume support environments with calm and structure.
