Bookkeeper (Ecommerce Experience Required)

Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our finance function on a part-time, remote basis. Your core responsibility will be ensuring accurate financial tracking and providing clear visibility on performance to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily transactions and maintain clean, up-to-date books in Xero
• Build and update daily profit & loss (P&L) statements
• Assist in monthly forecasting and cash flow planning
• Create category-level budgets (e.g. ad spend, inventory, tools) and track performance against them
• Highlight discrepancies or red flags proactively
• Collaborate with the founder to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience for ecommerce businesses
• Strong proficiency with Xero
• Solid understanding of ecommerce cash flow, COGS, and digital marketing spend
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with dynamic, fast-paced businesses

Bonus:
• Experience with Shopify, Fabrikator, or inventory planning tools
• Previous work with remote founder-led brands
