Web Developer and Designer with Graphics Design Skills

1 Website Designer/Developer (with design skills)

We’re a marketing and creative agency based in Australia, proudly Filipino-owned and run.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Take feedback well and improve fast

- Comfortable to join team meetings
- Are proactive and enjoy problem-solving
- Have a Filipino background or strong connection to Filipino culture
- Want to grow with the team and help build a business with great culture

As a Website Designer/Developer

Your responsibilities:

- Design clean, user-friendly websites using WordPress or Squarespace
- Understand and apply basic UX/UI principles
- Create wireframes and mockups based on creative direction
- Build semi-custom or fully custom websites using client brand guidelines
- Create high-quality mockups to present design ideas
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility
- Handle minor dev tasks (like embedding forms, troubleshooting layout bugs, basic custom code)
- Collaborate with our creative team on structure and messaging
- Make quick updates and changes as needed

Must-have skills:

- Website design experience
- Branding or graphic design skills
- WordPress and Squarespace skills
- Basic understanding of front-end dev (HTML/CSS)
- Great eye for layout, fonts, and colour
- Ability to interpret creative briefs into real design
