Program Associate

Role and Responsibilities
1. Startup Engagement & Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participating startups, helping them navigate the
program.
• Join regular check-ins to capture progress, flag challenges, and suggest actionable next steps
• Help translate partner feedback into practical support for startups.
• Coordinate access to mentors, advisors, and relevant resources.

2. Program Operations
• Support the smooth execution of accelerator activities, including workshops, mentoring, and
partner sessions.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and documentation across startups, mentors, and ecosystem
partners.
• Maintain internal tools and systems (e.g., Notion, CRM) to ensure alignment and track progress.

3. Strategic Thinking & Program Development
• Contribute ideas and insights to enhance overall program design and delivery.
• Identify common challenges across the startup cohort and suggest tailored support strategies.
• Provide light-touch strategic support to startups, helping them refine priorities, navigate key
decisions, and align with program goals.
• Support the Program Director in improving workflows and tools for greater program impact.

4. Ecosystem Engagement
• Support startup scouting efforts, including outreach and database management.
• Help map and maintain relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of external-facing events like pitch nights and demo
days.

5. Communication & Reporting
• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external
stakeholders.
• Help synthesize insights from the program to inform future improvements.

Key Qualifications:
1. 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, startup support, or innovation-related work.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
3. A proactive mindset and ability to contribute ideas in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
4. Comfortable engaging with startup founders and a range of ecosystem stakeholders
5. Clear written and verbal communication skills
6. Familiarity with climate tech, circular economy, or sustainability is a plus
