Hours: 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (Weekends off) Leading to full time.
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: To be discussed (in AUD)

About the Role:

We are hiring a self-managed and creative Marketing Coordinator to oversee all digital and social media marketing across retail, franchise, and B2B verticals. You will execute campaigns independently and must be confident in creating both visuals and video-first content, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and short-form ads.

This role also includes supporting the personal branding of Founder & Franchise Director across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube—positioning him as a key thought leader in the landscaping industry and helping grow his visibility, credibility, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business
Design graphics, reels, and branded content using Canva
Produce compelling Video Sales Letters, video ads, and promotional visuals
Execute and optimise Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads
Maintain and update website content using WordPress (Elementor/Woodmart theme)
Build email flows, lead magnets, and automation using vTiger CRM, Jotform, Lindy AI, Zapier, and Replit
Set up and manage ScoreApp quizzes, result pages, and downloadable assets
Manage and grow the founder’s personal brand in the landscaping and franchise industries (LinkedIn profile, industry content, engagement, newsletters)

Tools You'll Be Using:
CRM & Automation: vTiger CRM, Jotform, Lindy AI, Zapier, Replit
Funnel & Lead Tools: ScoreApp
Web & Content: WordPress (Elementor/Woodmart), Canva
Video & Ads: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio
File & Workflow: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media execution
Strong experience with video content creation, especially VSLs and short-form video ads
Knowledge of personal branding strategies, especially on LinkedIn
Confident running ad campaigns, automating funnels, and managing tools without needing supervision
Highly organised, result-driven, and able to communicate clearly with remote teams
Capable of maintaining brand consistency across all content and platforms


Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience managing personal brands for CEOs, founders, or business influencers
Experience in the landscaping, design, or construction industries
An understanding of franchise growth marketing
