YouTube Channel Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

Hey! I run a growing portfolio of successful YouTube channels across multiple niches (entertainment, education, ---------- s, storytelling, etc.), some with millions of views per month.

Now I’m looking for an experienced and reliable YouTube Manager to take charge of a group of channels, lead a team of editors and assistants, and help drive profit growth across the board.

Who This Job Is Perfect For:
-> You’ve worked in digital media, YouTube, or content creation before
-> You understand how content goes viral and what makes a channel grow
-> You’ve led teams (or projects) before and can manage workflows
-> You’re profit-focused and think like an operator, not just a creative
-> You’re excited about helping build a system, not just uploading videos

What You’ll Do:
-> Manage multiple channels across a specific niche or content format
-> Lead a team of Editors and Assistants and make sure everything runs on time
-> Track channel performance (views, RPMs, profit) and improve results
-> Spot trends and help launch or pivot channels toward profitable ideas
-> Make decisions around thumbnails, titles, formats, and scheduling
-> Set monthly profit targets and help hit them through strategy + management

You Don’t Need To:
-> Edit videos yourself (though experience is helpful)
-> Do day-to-day uploads (your team handles this)
-> Know everything about every niche (you’ll learn fast and have support)
