Position: Full-time, Morning Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and bank statement management.
. Manage the financial flow though the workshop system to the accounts system.
· Process payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
· Generate weekly cash flow reports and monthly accounting reports.
· BAS preparation and full compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
· Collaborate with the administrative team to guarantee timely and precise reporting.
. Follow and document a regular routine and financial management process.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or similar role with independent end-end responsibilities in a complex environment.
· Advanced qualifications in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
· Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax laws.
· Proficiency in QBO (preferred) or similar accounting software, with experience in payroll processing in QBO for Australia.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
· Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication skills, with a proactive attitude.
· Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with clear communication.
