I’m looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to help me with the backend operations of my real estate wholesaling business. Your role will allow me to focus 100% on calling realtors, making offers, and closing deals, while you handle the organization and admin work behind the scenes.
???? Responsibilities:
CRM Management – enter and update leads daily, tag leads (Hot, Warm, Cold, Dead), set follow-up reminders.
Property Research & Comps – pull property details from MLS, Zillow, and Redfin.
List & Data Management – pull government/MLS lists, skiptrace, and organize leads.
Offer Prep – fill in contract templates with seller info so I can send offers quickly.
Transaction Coordination – upload contracts, track escrow/title progress, and keep files organized.
Buyer Support (Dispositions) – add new buyers weekly, blast deals to buyers, track offers.
Weekly Reports – provide a summary of leads added, follow-ups done, and deal status.
? Requirements:
Strong English (written & spoken).
Organized and detail-oriented.
Familiar with CRM tools (Podio, XLeads, or similar).
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
Real estate experience (wholesaling, investing, or admin) is a plus.
Reliable internet & computer.
???? Pay:
$500/month (part-time, 15–20 hours per week).
Bonus per closed deal ($50–$100 each).
