Customer Service + Shopify Product Adding

You will be required to answer customer service queries relating to customers of our soccer related Shopify store, you will have to update customers on where there orders are and also communicate with our suppliers when there are quality issues or shipping issues etc.

We will teach you how to do this, also we will teach you how to add products to our shopify as this is also part of the role.
